ARCBrige（以下「当組織」）は、当組織が提供するRevitアドイン「RhyBion™」（以下「本ソフトウェア」）をご利用になるユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。
ARCBrige ("we", "us", or "our") respects the privacy of our users and is committed to protecting your personal information when you use our Revit add-in "RhyBion™" (the "Software").
【重要】BIMデータの取り扱いについて / Important Notice regarding BIM Data
本ソフトウェアは、ユーザーのRevitモデル（BIMデータ、プロジェクトファイル、形状データ等）を当組織のサーバーに送信、保存、または収集することは一切ありません。すべてのデータ処理はユーザーのローカル環境で完結します。
The Software processes your Revit models (BIM data, project files, geometry, etc.) entirely locally on your machine. We DO NOT transmit, store, or collect your proprietary project data on our servers.
1. 収集する情報 (Information We Collect)
本ソフトウェアのライセンス管理および品質向上のため、以下の最小限の情報を収集する場合があります。
- ライセンス認証のためのメールアドレスまたはユーザーID
- OSのバージョン、Revitのバージョン等の基本的な環境情報
- （エラー発生時のみ）匿名化されたクラッシュレポート
To manage licenses and improve the Software, we may collect the following minimal information:
- Email address or User ID for license verification
- Basic environmental data (OS version, Revit version)
- Anonymized crash reports (only when an error occurs)
2. 情報の利用目的 (How We Use Your Information)
収集した情報は、以下の目的でのみ使用します。
- 本ソフトウェアのライセンス認証および不正利用の防止
- ユーザーサポートの提供およびお問い合わせへの対応
- 本ソフトウェアのバグ修正および機能改善
We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:
- To verify licenses and prevent unauthorized use
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries

当組織は、法令に基づく場合やライセンス決済に必要な外部サービス（Stripe等の決済代行業者）を利用する場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に販売、取引、または提供することはありません。
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties, except when required by law or to trusted third parties who assist us in operating our business (e.g., payment processors like Stripe for licensing).
