株式会社ＡＲＣ．Ｂｒｉｄｇｅ（以下「当社」）は、当社が提供するRevitアドイン「RhyBion（リビオン）」および関連するウェブサイト（以下あわせて「本サービス」）において取得する個人情報を、個人情報の保護に関する法律その他の関係法令を遵守し、以下の方針に基づいて適切に取り扱います。

ARC.Bridge Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") handles personal information obtained through our Revit add-in "RhyBion" and related websites (collectively, the "Service") in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan and the policy set out below.

お客様のBIMデータについて

当社は、お客様のRevitモデル（BIMデータ、プロジェクトファイル、形状データ等）を当社のサーバーへ送信・保存・収集することはありません。アドインによる作図・寸法記入・チェック等の処理は、すべてお客様のコンピューター内で実行されます。ワークスペース機能（質疑・タスク・工程表・作業記録・構造リスト等）のデータも、お客様のコンピューターまたはRevitのプロジェクトファイル内に保存されます。

ただし、MCP接続機能をご利用の場合は例外があります。この機能では、お客様がご自身で選択・契約されたAIサービス（Claude Desktop等のMCPクライアント）に対して、指示の実行に必要なモデル内の要素情報が送信されます。この送信はお客様のコンピューターから当該AIサービスへ直接行われるもので、当社のサーバーを経由しません。送信された情報の取り扱いは、当該AIサービスの提供者が定める規約およびプライバシーポリシーに従います。機密性の高いプロジェクトでご利用の際は、あらかじめご確認ください。

We do not transmit, store, or collect your Revit models (BIM data, project files, geometry, etc.) on our servers. All drafting, dimensioning, and checking operations are performed locally on your computer. Note that when you use the MCP connection feature, element information required to execute your instructions is sent from your computer directly to the AI service you have chosen and contracted with (e.g., Claude Desktop). Such transmission does not pass through our servers and is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy.

1. 取得する情報Information We Collect

アドインのご利用にあたって

無料期間をご利用いただいたことの記録は、Autodesk IDをハッシュ化した値（元のIDに戻すことはできません）で保持します。メールアドレスとは紐づけません。

ご契約・お支払いにあたって

請求書の宛名のご登録は任意です。ご登録いただかない場合、適格請求書は発行されません。当社が取得する個人情報は、メールアドレスと、この宛名のみです。ご住所・お電話番号・お名前（宛名としてご登録いただく場合を除く）は取得しません。

クレジットカード番号・有効期限・セキュリティコードは、決済代行会社が直接取得・管理します。当社がこれらの情報を取得・保存することはありません。

ウェブサイトのご利用にあたって

シミュレーションの記録には、お名前やメールアドレスなど個人を特定できる情報は含まれません。サービス改善のための統計分析にのみ使用します。

We collect: your email address, RhyBion ID and license key; your Autodesk ID (used to prevent unauthorized license sharing); environment information such as your Revit version and first installation date; contract and payment records; and, for Business plans, the email addresses of users assigned by the account holder. Credit card details are handled directly by our payment processor and are never stored by us. On our website we use session cookies to keep you signed in, and we record the inputs and results of the break-even simulator, which contain no personally identifiable information.

2. 利用目的How We Use Your Information

We use the information solely to provide and operate the Service, verify licenses and prevent unauthorized use, manage contracts and billing, respond to inquiries and provide support, fix defects and improve the Service, and send important notices regarding the Service.

3. 第三者への提供・委託Disclosure to Third Parties

当社は、次の場合を除き、お客様の個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。個人情報を販売することはありません。

現在、当社は次の事業者に業務を委託しています。委託先に対しては、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。

決済処理GMOイプシロン株式会社（fincode byGMO）
メール送信日本マイクロソフト株式会社（Microsoft 365）
サーバー・データベースGMOインターネットグループ株式会社（お名前.com レンタルサーバー）

Businessプランをご契約の場合、ご契約者さまは管理画面において、割り当てた利用者のメールアドレスおよび登録日を確認できます。

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose it only with your consent, when required by law, or to service providers engaged to perform necessary functions on our behalf, namely payment processing (GMO Epsilon, Inc. / fincode byGMO), email delivery (Microsoft Japan Co., Ltd. / Microsoft 365), and server and database hosting (GMO Internet Group, Inc.). We exercise appropriate supervision over these providers.

4. 保存期間Retention Period

ご契約およびお支払いに関する情報は、法令で定められた帳簿の保存期間にあわせ、7年間保存します。アカウントを削除された場合も同様です。

無料期間をご利用いただいたことの記録も7年間保存します。この記録はハッシュ値のみで構成され、個人を特定できる情報を含みません。

上記以外の情報は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間が経過した後、速やかに消去または匿名化します。

Contract and payment records are retained for seven years in line with statutory bookkeeping requirements, including after account deletion. Records of free-period usage are also retained for seven years and consist solely of hashed values that do not identify individuals. All other information is deleted or anonymized promptly once it is no longer needed.

5. 安全管理措置Data Security

当社は、個人情報の漏えい、滅失または毀損を防止するため、通信の暗号化（TLS）、アクセス権限の制限、取扱区域の管理、従業者への教育など、必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。

We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including TLS encryption, access controls, and staff training, to protect personal information against loss, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

6. 開示・訂正・削除等のご請求Your Rights

お客様は、当社が保有するご自身の個人情報について、利用目的の通知、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止または第三者提供の停止を請求できます。下記の窓口までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認したうえで、法令に定める範囲で速やかに対応します。

なお、メールアドレスの変更は、マイページの「メールアドレスの変更」からお客様ご自身で行っていただけます。

You may request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of third-party provision of your personal information. Please contact us using the details below; we will respond promptly after verifying your identity. You can also change your registered email address yourself from the My Page section.

7. Cookieの利用Cookies

当社のウェブサイトでは、マイページへのログイン状態の保持およびお申し込み手続きの継続のためにCookieを使用します。これらはサービスの提供に必要なものです。ブラウザの設定でCookieを無効にした場合、マイページへのログインやお申し込みができなくなります。

Our website uses cookies to maintain your signed-in session and to carry your details through the sign-up process. These cookies are essential; if you disable them, you will not be able to sign in or complete a subscription.

8. 本ポリシーの変更Changes to This Policy

法令の改正やサービス内容の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本ページへの掲載またはご登録のメールアドレス宛のご連絡によりお知らせします。

We may revise this policy in response to changes in law or in the Service. We will announce material changes on this page or by email to your registered address.
